Forgotten password - new one sent but not received.

If you request a new password and the message says that it has been sent but it does not arrive then there are two possibilities.

1. You have registered your email address with an error in it. We know this happens because people write to us giving an incorrect email address. Unfortunately our response is returned undeliverable. Your Internet service provider will be able to tell you your correct email address.

2. Your Spam filter is intercepting our message. Please look in your Spam folder.
